Terms and Conditions for Training Courses
This terms and conditions establish legal, binding rules for training service delivery, payment, cancellations, and intellectual property.
Please read carefully before buying training courses or accessing or downloading any training materials from this website.
Key clauses include payment before training, cancellation fees, copyright protection of materials, and liability limitations. They define expectations for both parties.
Changes to Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be updated with reasonable notice provided to registered participants. Continued event participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
KEY COMPONENTS OF TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Training: the training, either In-house or Public, to be supplied by Architectural Thinking.

In-House: Training provided by Architectural Thinking (either online or at the customer’s premises) exclusively for the customer’s delegates.

Public: Training provided by Architectural Thinking at a physical location or online for all Customers and Delegates.

ALL COURSES ARE DELIVERED as Live training, via web conferencing (ZOOM or MS TEAMS), in a CLASSROOM, or as A Blended Learning Experience

Training Materials: any materials or documents provided as part of the Training.

Group size: The size of training groups is strictly limited to no more than 14 people. Creating a trusting atmosphere where participants not only listen, but also communicate and learn from each other

Booking and Acceptance: A contract is formed when a booking confirmation and invoice are received, not just requested.

Payment Terms: Fees for public courses are generally required before the training date, with rights to charge interest on late payments (e.g., 8% over base rate).

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Customer: Cancellations made within may receive a refund, but late cancellations often incur full charges.

Company: The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule, SUBJECT TO offering alternative dates or a full refund of the event fee without additional compensation.

Intellectual Property (IP): Training materials, manuals, and content are protected by copyright, and reproduction is prohibited.

Liability: The company is generally not liable for indirect, consequential loss, or non-fulfilment due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Data Protection: Both parties must comply with data protection laws regarding participant information.

Limitation of Liability: Architectural Thinking all not be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of income, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses or loss or corruption of data or information, or pure economic loss, or for any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses however arising; Architectural Thinking total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the Agreement shall be limited to the total Charges paid for the Training.

NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY: Nothing in the Agreement is intended to or shall operate to create a partnership between the parties, or authorise either party to act as agent for the other, and neither party shall have the authority to act in the name or on behalf of or otherwise to bind the other in any way (including, but not limited to, the making of any representation or warranty, the assumption of any obligation or liability and the exercise of any right or power).

Risk-Free Guarantee: On completion of the TRAINING, SUBJECT TO full 100% participation, if A DELEGATE don't feel it's been valuable, ARCHITECTURAL TRAINING WILL issue a refund.
REGISTRATION:
Registration constitutes a binding commitment. The contract is formed upon confirmation of registration or receipt of payment, whichever occurs first. Participants must provide accurate and current information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancellation requests received AT LEAST 28 days prior to the event.

50% Refund: Cancellation requests received between 27 and 10 days before the event.

No Refund: Cancellation requests received less than 10 days before the event.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between participants and the Organizer.
